11 Reasons Spurs Fans Should Be Concerned

Tottenham Hotspur have a very interesting future ahead of them. With a new manager in place, several new signings yet to truly make an impression, more signings undoubtedly to come and - in the long-term - a brand new stadium on the horizon (which may or may not be ready in time for Spurs to move in to before White Hart Lane closes for business), there are all kinds of things to be both apprehensive about and look forward to. This season has started with mixed success. Mauricio Pochettino opened his Spurs career with two Premier League wins in a row and four wins in a row in all competitions, but the club has since lost three times in the Premier League and drawn a number of games to well and truly bring the honeymoon period to an end. There have undoubtedly been bright points to the season - Spurs avenged the three wins London rivals West Ham United earned against them last season with an opening day victory at the Boleyn Ground, an away draw at arch-rivals Arsenal was satisfying enough, Erik Lamela has shown signs of how good he can be, Christian Eriksen is starting to show last season's great form and Hugo Lloris has been outstanding. But there have been a number of signs that should be causing Spurs and their fans to worry - and that's what we're going to be discussing in this article.
