Unless you've been hiding under a rock this past month, you've probably seen a large volume of videos of friends and relatives getting soaked wet through. These videos are in aid of sufferers of Lou Gehrig's disease, with the internet phenomenon known as the 'Ice Bucket Challenge' helping to raise millions for those afflicted with the condition. The Ice Bucket Challenge has seen countless hundreds of people - including celebrities - be nominated and nominate others to have a bucket of ice water tipped over their heads while recording it on video, with thousands sharing the footage across social media to help raise awareness for ALS, a neurological disease that effects the brain and spine leading to occasional paralysis and, sometimes, death. We've seen famous faces from the worlds of music, cinema and sport take up the challenge, with high-profile names from the Barclay's Premier League getting involved. Whether it's players or managers, stars from England's topflight have filmed themselves and teammates undergoing a dunking, all in the name of charity.
