5 Most Dangerous Moms In UFC History

4. Mackenzie Dern

Phoenix, Arizona's Mackenzie Dern is one of the most accomplished female grapplers to ever compete in the UFC. The 26-year-old won both the ADCC World Championship (submission wrestling) in 2015 along with the World Jiu-Jitsu Championship in 2015 and 2016, respectively.

Since becoming a professional mixed martial artist, Dern has a stellar 7-1 record and is 2-1 in the UFC women's strawweight division.

On 9 June 2019, the UFC standout gave birth to her first child, a daughter named Moa. Roughly four months after giving birth, Dern returned to action on 12 October to take on Amanda Ribas at UFC Fight Night: Joanna vs. Waterson.

While Dern would end up losing the contest, the fact that she was able to return to action so soon speaks to just how tough the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu ace truly is.

For those looking to keep their limbs intact, Mackenzie Dern is one mom you don't want to mess with.
