5 Things That Fantasy Sports Players Hate

The League Fantasy Sports is a growing trend among sports fan, and the competition between friends over sports is enticing. The popularity has gone hand in hand with the growth in popularity of cult FX show The League, which is focused on a group of friends who take their fantasy football league very seriously, despite mostly being terrible at fantasy football. It's not too hard to see why it's popular: for many sports fans, this will be the closest we will ever get to coaching our own team or showing our sporting prowess in a competition against our friends, aside from the occasional social scratch match that can occur. In the weekly games, it's bragging rights that are up for grabs, and that can make going to work, or over to a friend's house slightly painful after a raw loss. Then there is the apex of the season when one team takes the ultimate glory, winning the championship and taking the ultimate bragging rights which will carry over into the start of the next season, and into the future. Some leagues, which are more seriously than others have names for their leagues, and some go even further than that, and have a trophy that is given to the winner of the league as a symbol of the bragging rights. All fun and games. However, within the game there are things that are beyond the control of fantasy sports fans: those things that give players heart attacks, and make them want to pull their hair out, as they get a taste of the stress professional sporting coaches suffer in their jobs. While many of these things may not happen often, when they do, as a serious fantasy football addict it can lead to a complete meltdown, especially when they happen in important games...
