Arsenal News: Gunners "Can Win Champions League" Says Jurgen Klopp

Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp believes Arsenal can win this season's Champions League - if they avoid Bayern Munich, according to the BBC. Klopp watched on last night as the Gunners beat his Dortmund side 1-0 in their own backyard to stay top of Group F with just two games left. The hosts went into the match on a seven match undefeated streak in the Champions League and having never lost to an English side. Both records were put to the sword however by Aaron Ramsey's second-half strike; his 11th for Arsenal in 17 games this season. And Klopp saw enough to believe the Londoners are capable of going on to win what would be their first ever Champions League trophy - as long as they aren't drawn against Dortmund's deadly domestic rivals Bayern in the knock-out stages. "They could win it - as long as they don't play Bayern Munich," Klopp said after full time.
"They are young, healthy and good technicians. They won a clever game tonight."
Not only are Arsenal firing on all cylinders in Europe, but they're also in fine form domestically, too. Arsene Wenger's side are 5 points clear at the top of the Premier League and are undefeated since August 17. And a victory over last season's Champions League runners up will put a stride in Arsenal's step ahead of their trip to Old Trafford for their clash with champions Manchester United on Sunday. The Gunners will be looking to avenge the 2-1 reverse they suffered there last season. Can Arsenal win the Champions League? Let us know in the comment section, below.
