Arsenal Transfers: 8 Players Wenger Must Sign

Monaco don't let their star players go on the cheap - just ask Manchester City - but at 21 the winger has considerable sell-on potential.

And given Wenger's record in developing young talent (particularly those that are French and come from Monaco) it probably won't be long before he attracts interest from the likes of Real Madrid and Barcelona.
