Crystal Palace Transfer News: Scott Dann Signing Confirmed

Crystal Palace have been very busy this deadline day and it's not over for the club yet, as they have completed the signing of Scott Dann from Blackburn Rovers. The defender is one of three signings Tony Pulis and his side are aiming to complete before the deadline, as they aim to bolster their defence. The two sides took a while negotiating fee, as Blackburn held out for £1.3million, but the transfer went through on time for an undisclosed fee. Blackburn were not keen to lose the defender but did not want to stand in the way of the player returning to the Premier League, there is now a slight possibility that the departure will mean new faces at Blackburn. Palace are still hoping to secure Tom Ince on loan from Blackpool, with the latest news stating he is undergoing a medical at the London club. The player was subject to a last minute bid from Stoke City but his preference was for a loan move rather than a permanent deal. The club are also trying to push through a move for Celtics Joe Ledley, who left training in Scotland this afternoon and recently arrived at Crystal Palace to finalise the move. Scott Danns arrival secures a triple signing for Palace as Wayne Hennessey arrived today from Wolves, and Jason Puncheon made his loan deal permanent.
