Fantasy Football Tips - 5 Key Transfers For Gameweek 8

Premier League England fans probably won't have any fingernails left after a tension-soaked international break that ultimately decided the outcome of the country's World Cup fate. Last Friday saw a crunch game against Montenegro that the Three Lions simply had to win to keep alive our hopes for next summer. Tuesday's clash with Poland meanwhile was even more vital, for a draw or a defeat would have condemned Roy Hodgson's men to the Russian-Roulette that is next month's play-offs. Thankfully, both games passed without too many problems as England booked their plane tickets for Brazil 2014 and with it achieved their fifth consecutive qualification for the World Cup finals. Which is, of course, terrific news. But if you're an avid fan of the Premier League, perhaps, like us, you were drifting around the house all weekend with very little to do with yourself. With the international break came a postponement of topflight action which, consequently, also meant no Fantasy Football for a whole week. But don't despair, because we're back with you as we prepare ourselves for Gameweek 8 of our WhatCulture Fantasy Football League. Players have been returned to their clubs, managers have emerged from their week off, and it is time once more to start building your fantasy team for the next round of fixtures. As we do every week, here, we run through 5 Key Transfers For Gameweek 8.
