Fulham Next Manager: 5 Replacements For Martin Jol?

5 Replacements For Martin Jol At Fulham?

We reported earlier today that Fulham manager Martin Jol€™s odds of becoming the next managerial casualty in the Barclay€™s Premier League have been slashed from 10/1 to 3/1 after a string of bad results with the Cottagers. Fulham have just one win in six games and are slowly drifting toward the relegation zone, just six points from safety. Although they are considered outsiders for the drop at 14/1, manager Martin Jol could still face the axe according to TeamTalk. Jol has been sacked by a Premier League side before when his contract was terminated by Tottenham Hotspur in 2007 and he then went on to manage German side Hamburger SV and Dutch Champions Ajax before ending up at Craven Cottage in 2011. And according to some reports, Jol could end up back in Germany, with Schalke keen on appointing him as their new manager having recently sacked head coach Huub Stevens and appointing youth team boss Jens Keller in charge until the end of the season. All this means that Martin Jol's time at Craven Cottage could be cut short, leaving Fulham looking for a new manager during what is proving to be a fairly turbulent spell in their season. If that is the case, here are 5 managers that could replace him. Click "Next" to continue.
