Interview with UFC Fighter – Vinc Pichel

In episode 6 of Getting Lucky with Robert Curtis, we welcome to the podcast UFC Fighter and TUF: Live alumnus, Vinc "From Hell" Pichel (7-0). Vinc is making his official promotional debut on the The Ultimate Fighter: Carwin vs. Nelson finale on December 15th in Las Vegas, NV against promotional newcomer Russian Rustam Khalibov (14-1). He's a fearless stand-up specialist with power in his hands. All of his victories are by KO or TKO. We talk about his childhood in the poorest neighborhoods of California surrounded by violence and drugs, his years of street fights as a teenager, how he turned it around with mixed martial arts, his amateur fights (10-1) under the tutelage of "Big John" McCarthy, his professional career, his experiences on the Ultimate Fighter and his embarrassing admission about his TUF coach - Dominick Cruz, and much more. Thanks again to all of our friends at MMAShare.com, the global network of mixed martial arts fans, for submitting questions and comments for the podcast. Be sure to check back later this week as we preview UFC on FOX 5: Henderson vs. Diaz and then review all the action after the weekend's card. Thanks again to Vinc and best of luck on his next fight.
