Liverpool Transfers: Ranking Brendan Rodgers's Signings From Worst To Best

For Liverpool, this summer, or indeed their start to the new Premier League season, could scarcely have gone any better. Three wins from three - including one against old enemy Manchester United - nine points from nine and top of the table, not a bad start at all for Brendan Rodgers' men. And their good performances on the pitch follows success off it, as the Reds were able to complete the bulk of their transfer business with time to spare, bringing in eight new players before last night's deadline day cut-off. Smiles all round then for the Merseysiders as the slamming shut of the transfer window left them in healthier shape than most. Having signed the likes of Kolo Toure, Luis Alberto, Iago Aspas and Simon Mignolet, Rodgers can be pretty pleased with himself and here, we rank his summer signings from worst to best.
