That is according to Wayne Rooney who praised the England stopper on his Twitter page following a sensational performance that saw Hart make a string of world class saves to keep his side in the match. It€™s a view that many Man City and England fans have held for the last couple of years but tonight Hart showed exactly what he was made of on the European stage, against a very good Borussia Dortmund side. Mario Gotze must have felt cursed in the first half as he saw three great efforts turned away by City€™s number one. There were numerous other key saves not least the one that denied Robert Lewandowski in the 91st minute immediately after Mario Balotelli€™s equaliser. While Hart has been a key member of his side for a while now this performance will have underlined his importance to Roberto Mancini€™s men if they are to challenge for honours this year, particularly on the continent.
