Man City 2014-15 Home Kit Unveiled

Manchester City release their home shirt for the 2014-15 season, and it's blue.

TwitterTwitterPremier League champions Manchester City have officially released their 2014-15 home kit, with defender Pablo Zabaleta showing off the new strip on Twitter earlier on Thursday. The sky blue kit has dark blue cuffs and collar with a v-neck design, and inside the neck is written: 'We are City'. City appear to have taken a leaf out of neighbours Manchester United's book with that last approach, with the Red Devils also unveiling their new home shirt for the upcoming season earlier this week, which also carries an inside inscription bearing the message: €˜youth, courage, greatness'. Both will resume hostilities in the first Manchester derby on November 1. According to City's official website, the new home strip 'embodies this pioneering spirit of innovation with a fast and sleek new look' and 'offers players the very latest in performance innovation, kit technology and environmental sustainability.' The kit is set to go on sale from the club's shop on July 17. TwitterTwitterFans will first see the Citizens sporting their new look in Scotland, where City play two friendlies prior to their tour of the US. What do you think of the new design? Will you be buying it? Let us know in the comment section, below.
