Manchester City defender Jason Denayer has joined Galatasaray on loan, according to the BBC. The 20-year-old defender has joined the Turkish giants on a season-long loan. The talented central defender spent last season on loan at Celtic and made 29 league appearances scoring five goals for the Scottish Champions. Denayer was voted the PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year and signed a brand new five-year contract at the end of the season. Belgium boss Marc Wilmots believes the young defender has a very promising future ahead of him. He said: "Jason is always calm. I€™ve never seen him nervous; he has a lot of confidence. "He has enormous potential and if he continues to evolve at the rate he is progressing, he can be world class. It's clear that Manuel Pellegrini rates the youngster and he will gain a priceless education at Galatasaray who are in Group C of this year's Champions League.
