Man City's 2013/14 Home Shirt Revealed?

Caught Offside. The shirt, which features the traditional sky blue of the club, is horizontally striped and appears to be sponsored by Nike rather than Umbro. City signed a 10-year deal with Umbro only in 2009 but those terms have since been renegotiated after Nike took over the company, and the Premier League leaders will wear the American brand from the start of the 2013-14 season. Nike also replaced Umbro as the official sponsor of the England shirts in September last year and along with Manchester City, also sponsor local rivals and current Premier League leaders Manchester United. Worth up to £12 million a year, City have doubled the value of their kit deal in being sponsored by Nike, but still trail their Premier League rivals in that department. Liverpool's £25 million-a-year kit deal with Warrior is due to begin ahead of the new season, and United expect to tie up a contract for £600 million over 10 years when their current Nike deal runs out in 2015. What do you think of the new kit? Is it authentic and if so, would you buy it? Share your thoughts in the comment section, below.
