Man Utd: 5 Reasons Why Nani Has No Future At Old Trafford (And Never Will)

5. Ridiculous Wage Demands

Fergie One of the biggest factors in Nani not having a future at Old Trafford is the fact he is digging his heels in for a new contract and demanding ridiculous wage demands. The winger's current deal is set to expire at the end of next season and he is believed to be demanding an increase in wages to £100,000-per-week. United are refusing to budge on the matter and there's little wonder. Considering the Portuguese' hasn't been a first team regular this term, and has put in several below-par performances up until now, it seems somewhat audacious that he is demanding six figure wages. Talks have thus stalled on a new deal and the player is said to have confided in friends that he will be playing elsewhere after May. Unless he drops his wage demands, it is very difficult envisaging a future for him at the Theatre of Dreams.
