Man Utd Transfer News: Reds to Launch Bid for Everton Duo

Daily Mail. Moyes launched a bid for Baines earlier in the summer which was rejected by the Merseyside club but a huge bid could now be submitted to bring both players to Manchester United. Everton value Fellaini in the region of £23 million and Baines at much higher than the bid of £12 million submitted for him already. This could mean a deal of up to £40 million could be needed to bring the players to Old Trafford. Fellaini especially is thought to be keen to renew the relationship with the man who brought him to English football in the first place and forward his career at one of Europe€™s biggest clubs. The deal though would not spell the end of any interest in Cesc Fabregas with Moyes wanting both the central midfielders as they are dangerously short in the middle of the park. It€™s been a frustrating summer for Moyes so far but that could be set to change as he has recently promised new signings:

"There will be reinforcements - they will come and we will get them," he said. "I do think we will sign some players before the window shuts."
It could be an interesting last few weeks of the window for Man U fans as several players could come through the door. Could Fellaini's arrival also pave the way for Wayne Rooney's exit with the Belgian playing in an attacking midfield role at times last season? Do you want Fellaini and Baines at Old Trafford? What other areas need reinforcing? Thoughts welcome below.
