Man Utd Transfer News: Shinji Kagawa To Leave Old Trafford In January?

Daily Star, Shinji Kagawa will be allowed to leave Manchester United in January and return to former side Borussia Dortmund. Despite only being seven weeks into the new Premier League campaign, Kagawa is said to be unhappy with his current role in the squad especially now United have bolstered their midfield with the addition of Marouane Fellaini in the summer. The Premier League champions are now lining up a deal for Neven Subotic in the hopes that they can strengthen their defensive displays but with finances a constant issue at Old Trafford, Kagawa is rumoured to be leaving to make way for the Serbian. Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp is said to be very interested in bringing Kagawa back to the German club and with Moyes keen on Subtoic it seems like both parties could get what they desire. The former Dortmund star was substituted in Saturday's 2-1 loss to West Brom and was left on the bench for the mid-week Champions League clash against Shakhtar. Kagawa would likely relish a chance to return back to his old club now his days at United consist of bench warming. With that being said United fans have made it clear they want the Japanese star to start more games for the club and would likely be upset if he did depart in January.
