Up stepped Lindegaard and the Dane seems a reliable stopper and does his job well, but Sir Alex Ferguson doesn't seem to look at Lindegaard as United's no1 keeper. De Gea will be given time to adjust by Ferguson and he wasn't bought to be an immediate hit. De Gea is all about potential and we've seen bits of that over last season and the beginning of this, but maybe United are asking for too much too soon with De Gea. This bodes the question, if not De Gea or Lindegaard, then who? Here's five keepers that Fergie would have to consider, the list contains people Ferguson would actually go for and not the likes of Iker Casillas or Joe Hart, because these transfers simply wouldn't happen:
