Manchester United are reportedly preparing a £60 million bid to sign Chelsea winger Willian in a bid to bolster their attacking line-up.

Having already signed right-back Diogo Dalot and agreed a deal for Brazilian midfielder Fred, manager Jose Mourinho is apparently desperate to be reunited with Willian having worked with him at Stamford Bridge previously.

The 29-year-old has two years left on his contract at Chelsea but was linked with the Red Devils in January and has made no secret of his dislike of Blues manager Antonio Conte having fallen down the pecking order under the Italian.

Chelsea are reluctant to sell their attacking talent as the saga of them recruiting a manager for the 2018/19 season rolls on, but with Willian's contract set to expire in 2020 they may see £60m as a fair price for the want-away winger who has scored 44 goals in 236 appearances since arriving in 2013.
