Man Utd Transfers: Predicting The 10 Players Moyes Will Sell In January

As Manchester United lurched toward their second home defeat in the space of three days, as many as 10 players could find themselves axed, according to the Manchester Evening News. That may sound drastic, but then, desperate times call for drastic measures and these certainly are desperate times at Old Trafford. Six wins, four draws and five defeats have left United 13 points and eight places off table toppers Arsenal and seven points off the Champions League spots. Not since the end of the 2001-02 season have United lost back-to-back at Old Trafford but losses to Everton and then Newcastle last week meant the defending English champions have dropped 13 points out of 24 in front of their own fans this season. The finger of blame has been pointed in various directions - at manager David Moyes, who has never been in a title race before and is now out of one before Christmas, and at the players themselves. Though this is the same side that won the Premier League by 11 points last season, there remains a worrying feeling they're an average bunch who Sir Alex Ferguson heroically managed to somehow grind the best out of. And with as many as 10 flops apparently in the firing line when the winter transfer window opens in a little over three weeks, here, we take a look at The 10 Players Moyes Will Sell In January.
