NFL: 10 Possible Oakland Raiders Draft Picks

Foundations have already been laid for a brighter season.

The Oakland Raiders are going to need a strong draft if they want to maintain momentum and stand any chance of sustaining a position outside of the bottom pack in 2015. However, there are exciting times ahead for the west coast side if new head coach Jack Del Rio can blend old and new talent into one effective team, with the foundations already laid for a brighter season this time around. Young quarterback Derek Carr came out of his rookie season with some credit, racking up 3,270 yards and 21 touchdowns despite a lack of targets to aim at, meaning that with a good crop of wide receivers in this year's draft, it has to be a priority position. Carr was the 36th pick from the last draft, with the Raiders using up their 1st Round (5th overall) pick on linebacker Khalil Mack, who has been equally influential among the Raiders' ranks. The defensive star tallied up 75 tackles along with four sacks, meaning that another defensive lynchpin could really bolster the Raiders ahead of the new season. So here are 10 players who the Raiders might target this year, made up of different options for the opening three rounds.
