NFL: 5 Draft 2013 Picks Who Should Start Immediately For Their New Teams

4. E.J. Manuel, QB, Buffalo Bills

EJ Manuel Most people thought with new head coach Doug Marrone in the picture, he would take his quarterback from Syracuse, Ryan Nassib. Wrong. Instead, Marrone ends up choosing E.J. Manuel from Florida State instead, which shocked a lot of people because many felt Manuel would be a second-round pick instead of a first-rounder. But off to Buffalo he went. Even though the Bills dumped Ryan Fitzpatrick for Kevin Kolb, Manuel was brought in to be the starter and the new face of the franchise. Kolb is there to be a mentor and a backup, not to compete for the starting job. It's a new era in Buffalo with a coach from Syracuse and a quarterback from Florida State. Will it end the losing in Buffalo, though?
