Chelsea have finally completed the £7m signing of French striker Demba Ba. He has signed a three-and-a-half year deal with the club. Mathieu Debuchy€™s move to Newcastle from Lille has also been confirmed, after passing yesterday€™s medical. The French right-back signs a five-year contract. Former Liverpool midfielder Joe Cole has completed his return to his boyhood club, West Ham, on a free. He has signed an 18-month contract, and will wear number 26 - as he did in his first stint at the Hammers. Harry Redknapp has signedTal Ben-Haim on a short-term contract. The former Chelsea and Portsmouth defender has been training with the club. Fulham have signed former FC Twente midfielder Chris David, according to manager Martin Jol. The 19-year-old did not feature for the Dutch side this season. Roger Espinoza, the 26-year-old midfielder formerly of Sporting Kansas City, has signed for Wigan Athletic. The Honduran is eligible to play in the Latics' FA Cup tie tomorrow. West Ham have confirmed the signing of Marouane Chamakh on loan from Arsenal - much to the displeasure of Jack Sullivan, owner David's son...

The Sun reports that Chelsea legend Frank Lampard is on his way out of the club this window. John Terry has left a message on his Instagram account today, saying "devastated is an understatement. They should retire the number 8 shirt" in his honour. QPR and Fulham are ready to battle it out for Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Jake Livermore, according to the Daily Mail. Spurs are listening to both permanent and loan offers for the 23-year-old. The same article suggests that Andre Villas-Boas continues to chase Joao Moutinho, and also shares an interest with Manchester United in Crystal Palace starlet Wilfried Zaha.
