31. O.co Coliseum - Oakland Raiders

If there's one team just crying out for a total shake-up, it's the Oakland Raiders, and though things are looking brighter on the football side, they're in desperate need of a new home. It is one of the smallest in the league with a capacity of around 56,000 (can be expanded to 64,200), and is shared with the A's baseball team. In addition to the hassle of changing sports, there have also been sewage bursts inside the bowels of the coliseum, as well as along the side of the field. Nice.
