Robert Lewandowki Signs Pre-Contract With Bayern Munich

European champions Bayern Munich have officially confirmed that Robert Lewandowski has signed a pre-contract agreement with the club earlier today. The Borussia Dortmund striker will become the second Dortmund player to join up with the Munich outfit in a year, where he will join former teamate Mario Gotze at the end of the season, who also made the switch from Dortmund to Munich last summer. The Polish striker had hoped to make the move alongside Gotze last summer however Dortmund blocked the move buy rejecting all of Bayern's bids. However with just 1 year left on the Pole's contract, Lewandowski, who has also been the subject of interest from Real Madrid, Arsenal and Manchester United, went on to tell press that he would go on to sign the pre-contract agreement. Lewandowski did cast some doubt over any agreement with Munich in October though, putting Premier League teams on high-alert, stating that there had been no agreement between him and Bayern, adding that he would love to play in the Premiership. Despite that Bayern remained Lewandowski's expected destination and the Pole has now finally ended all speculation after completing a medical in Munich today.
