Ryan Taylor has claimed that the uncertainly following Alan Pardew's departure to Crystal Palace is to blame for Newcastle's current fight against Premier League relegation. The utility man believes that the lack of a permanent manager and know one knowing what was happening at the club is to blame. Raylor has also pulled out the injuries card, as has been the go-to excuse for any employee of the club this season. Taylor mentioned the little bit of turmoil to The Guardian when Pardew left as a trigger for Newcastles downward spiral. And would go on to say: We shouldnt be in this position, not with the amount of experience and international players weve got. Taylor's claims are a little bit strange as John Carver was officially given the reigns until the end of the season on January 26 after a short spell as caretaker. His role at the club couldn't be clearer. He also seems to unaware that a lot of international experience has left The Magpies' squad in recent times with the likes of Yohan Cabaye, Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa and Davide Santon all departing without being sufficiently replaced. Ahead of Saturday's crunch game against West Ham, where Newcastle can afford to lose if Hull City also fail to beat Manchester United, Taylor said: "We need a lot of characters, people just need to forget what's gone on in the past. "We can only go with what's in front of us, and that is this one game, and we've got to beat West Ham. That's the bottom line." He also pleaded that The Magpies' following 'give the team everything' in the game and predicts brighter things ahead. "I would say to the fans just give us everything. I am sure they have in the last few months and all season really, but just stick with us, get us through the game. "I know for a fact that the club won't want to be in the same position next year.
