Spurs: 5 Reasons Why Andre Villas-Boas Was Sacked

I can't say I was particular shocked to hear that Andre Villas-Boas had been sacked by Tottenham Hotspur after a crushing 5-0 home defeat against Liverpool. Honestly, I think that Spurs will be better off in the future without the services of the former Chelsea boss. He is one of those managers that is always going to divide opinion; some take the view that he is some kind genius. But I can't say that I have seen any tangible evidence of this based on his performance in English football. In my mind, he has underachieved at both Chelsea and Spurs; he is one of those managers that is highly rated, but not for good reason. So, in this slideshow I will show what went wrong for him and why a change in likely to benefit the North London club, of course some people will think he needed more time. However, this is a man that spent big to replace Gareth Bale, a move that was meant to make Spurs stronger. The big clubs can't afford to offer time when performance of results just aren't there, so let's get started...
