West Ham vs Sunderland - Match Preview

West Ham United take on Sunderland in the Premier League this afternoon at Upon Park. Kick-off time is at 3pm and the encounter won't be televised live in the UK. Here's the team news ahead of the game... For the Hammers, Andy Carroll is back in training following an injury to his hamstring, but he is still not ready to take part in today's action. Adding to the injury list is Jack Collinson who remains on the sidelines. Strikers Carlton Cole and Modibo Maiga will be the main goal scoring hopes for the Hammers today. For the Black Cats, Adam Johnson will probably have to sit this one out as he is still struggling with a thigh injury. Sunderland's list of injuries goes on with defenders Carlos Cuellar, Phil Bardsley and Wes Brown all not quite ready to start.
