Football just wouldn't be the same without a bit of controversy, drama and a good old bitchy comment amongst the air-headed professionals that play the game we all love, would it? Emotions run high at the top end of the professional game and these passions have alluded to even the world's best reach breaking point, often making for hysterical viewing for fans. Who can forget Zidane's punishing head-butt delivery to the chest of Marco Materazzi following a throwaway comment about the Frenchman's sister?
