10 Best Superhero Bromances

What are friends for? Take a gander at the best bromances from Marvel and DC!

The term bromance is a pretty recent development, but the concept has been around for centuries. And bromances have existed in comics for almost the entirety of their existence. When superhero movies first began to appear, the bromances from the comic books tended to be ignored due to the focus on a singular hero. Even those friendships between superheroes and supporting characters seemed to be ignored (as in the case of the Hulk and Rick Jones) or extremely downplayed (Daredevil and Foggy Nelson). But now with the norm being not superhero movies but superhero cinematic universes, these classic comic book bromances have begun to appear more and more regularly in the films. We already had Professor X and Magneto in the X-Men films (albeit to a reduced extent as they didn€™t have many scenes together in the early films), but now we€™ve also gotten Iron Man and War Machine, Captain America and the Falcon, Captain America and Bucky, and soon we€™ll get to see both Superman and Batman together on the big screen, while Luke Cage and Iron Fist will team up on Netflix. Here then are the top ten superhero bromances from both Marvel and DC Comics. Hopefully we€™ll get a chance to see more of these make it into the films in the near future.
