9. The Android (The Visitation)
I'm actually a fan of the 5th Doctor's run on the show, and I'm feeling generous today, so I'm going to give the ridiculous fish monster from The Visitation a free pass. But this android...I realize it was the 80s, but
still. If Ed Hardy were to make a line of androids, this bedazzled robot would be his inspiration. To be perfectly fair, the android is functional enough, and actually pretty creepy when it's dressed up as Grim Reaper. But if the Terileptil fish people made a conscious decision to deck this poor guy out in rhinestones, well...they really are evil.
