10 Great TV Villains Who Totally Stole The Show

9. Theodore "T-Bag" Bagwell - Prison Break

Vi2 Say what you want about Prison Break, I won't listen. I enjoyed it immensely. Yes it got silly, forgot its thriller roots and became a daft action series, but it was still a fun ride. As you would expect from a show initially set inside a prison, there's a lot of nasty people in the mix. They range from gangsters to thieves, murderers to well... T-Bag. Without question, he's the greatest force of evil in the show; a perverse, murdering sex-offender with a slimy southern drawl. Our protagonists are forced to interact with him in a variety of desperate situations in which he tries to manipulate everyone around him. He is a silver tongued character who is still handy in a fight, a true all rounder where villainy is concerned. Every second he is on screen he makes your skin crawl for which we have the performance of Robert Knepper to thank. To play such an unsavoury character must have been a challenge, but he proved he was up to it and then some. He does get his comeuppance in the end but along the way he causes injury to everyone around him whether it is psychological or physical. Somehow despite all of these shall we say 'character flaws', he remains one of the most interesting characters in all four seasons and has slithered his way into my top ten.
