This cheeky catchphrase came from Joey Tribbiani, televisions loveable lothario. Joey was not the funniest cast member in the Friends line-up but was arguably the most loveable. His naive and childlike approach to life balanced out his very adult activities and forward approach to the ladies, thus making Joey a great all-rounder. He was a character that the male viewers could take pointers from, and the females could envision being on the receiving end of his famous How You Doin? pick up line. This line seemed to work on nearly every woman, whether it was the line itself or Joeys never-faulting charm he never seemed to struggle in the relations department.
