7. Prune Tracy ('Hurricane Neddy')

After a hurricane hits Springfield and flattens the Flanders' house, the disaster- coupled with his townsfolk's botched job at rebuilding his home- sends nice guy Ned over the edge. A spell at Calmwood Mental Hospital, wherein he revisits his childhood psychiatrist Dr. Foster, hints that there has always been a mischievous streak hidden behind that moustache... Footage of him as a young boy shows him running amok in a playgroup; smacking other children and shouting ''Wheee! I'm Dick Tracy! Bam! Take that, Pruneface! Now I'm Pruneface! Take that, Dick Tracy! Now I'm Prune Tracy! Take that Di--'' At which point Dr. Foster can be heard to interrupt ''Ned! Stop it at once!'', thus protecting the children's- and the audience's- delicate ears.
