10 Once Awesome TV Shows That Now Suck

9. House Of Cards

The first two seasons of House of Cards were pretty damn spectacular for a whole host of reasons. As a remake to the equally good and quintessentially classic British series of the same name (something everyone should watch, by the way), HoC had a lot going for it, with a stellar cast to boast led by the always formidable Kevin Spacey and the equally fantastic Robin Wright.

As the third season neared its ending, however, it became apparent that things were beginning to get a little stale. And we're now on season five.

For context: the original British series lasted for only one season and the book on which it was based ended with Frank getting killed; there was a sense of finality to its proceedings, unlike the Netflix series, which just gets more and more ridiculous with each renewal it receives.

Granted, the guys who run the show's social media accounts are always flying, but the series really should've ended earlier in its lifespan.
