10 TV Shows You Didn't Know Were Being Revived

A Frasier reboot? I'm listening...

Hollywood's obsession with remakes, reboots, reimaginings, retellings, reenactments, redos, and just about anything else beginning with 're', doesn't start and end with movies, because it's just as prevalent on the TV side of things.

In the era of Peak TV, it seems like no idea can be considered a bad idea, and even more so that nothing can stay dead. Especially with the rise of streaming services, and the networks efforts to keep up, having a recognisable IP is worth its weight in gold. Hence why, over the last few years, we've seen the likes of Twin Peaks, Gilmore Girls, Full House, Murphy Brown, and Charmed all make a return to the small screen, for better or worse.

It doesn't matter too much how beloved the series is, nor how well it holds up: one of the biggest revamps announced this year was Buffy the Vampire Slayer, which caused quite the stir when revealed at Comic-Con (despite the potential of telling a new story in that world). Whether the original cast is coming back or it's updating the story for a whole new generation, or flipping it completely, there are a number of big TV shows on their way back to the screen.
