10 Ways To Get Your Breaking Bad Fix Now It's Over

3. The Cast's Numerous Appearances On Seinfeld

Bryan Cranston Seinfeld Coincidentally, a notable number of Breaking Bad alumni have made appearances on the show about nothing. On a related note, it's also interesting to know that the cast of one of the greatest drama series in history holds such high comedic acclaim, most notably in Bryan Cranston's recurring character, dentist Dr. Tim Whatley. After dating Elaine (played by Veep's Julia Louis-Dreyfus), Whatley makes a couple of returns in the eighth season in one of the more notable of the many episodes, wherein he converts to Judaism "just so he can make the jokes." Aside from this, Anna Gunn (Skyler) appeared as Jerry's girlfriend of the week (not that there's anything wrong with that) in the season 5 episode The Glasses. Rounding out the main cast members, Bob Odenkirk (Saul) played upcoming doctor and Elaine's boyfriend Ben Galvant in season 8's The Abstinence. Additionally to this, Jessica Hecht (who is mostly recognizable for her portrayal as Gretchen Schwartz, co-founder of Gray Matter) also appeared as George Costanza's (Jason Alexander) girlfriend, whose mother saw him eat an eclair out of the garbage. It was below the rim, after all.
