12 Netflix TV Shows That Ended In 2018
Netflix started to wield the axe more this year, and not even Marvel was safe.
For the longest time, Netflix didn't seem to cancel anything. There was a policy that everything would get a second season, which meant that no matter how poor the quality or low the ratings of any given series, it'd be given another chance.
That's how the likes of Flaked and The Ranch managed to score renewals, but those days are over. Netflix may have a different model to everyone else, but they are now acting more like a traditional network in the sense that they're actually prepared to cancel shows that are no longer performing.
That was the case more so in 2018 than ever before, which saw a number of Netflix Original Series come to an end. A few had simply reached their natural conclusion, but many of them were axed earlier than the creators (and indeed their fans) were expecting.
