Doctor Who is the phenomenon to end all phenomenons. Having been unthinkably cancelled in 1989 leaving a hole in the world for all Who fans, it relaunched with a bang in 2005 and has arguably grown into an even more popular beast. Now that the US are finally falling in love with the show as much as the British (though not quite on the same scale), it seems the Doctor's global domination is firmly on track.
