Who? Patrick Somerville (creator), Cary Fukunaga (director); Emma Stone, Jonah Hill.
What? A dark comedy revolving around the fantasy worlds of two patients in a mental institution.
Why? Somerville is a talented writer, and is paired up with the fantastic Fukunaga (the last time he directed a starry series written by an emerging novelist went pretty well). Stone is one of the best actresses in the world right now, and both her and Hill have proven comedic chops and showed chemistry way back in Superbad. The premise doesn't give much away, but has real potential for something fascinatingly strange.
When & Where? TBC, Netflix.

NCTJ-qualified journalist. Most definitely not a racing driver. Drink too much tea; eat too much peanut butter; watch too much TV. Sadly only the latter paying off so far.
A mix of wise-old man in a young man's body with a child-like wonder about him and a great otherworldly sensibility.
