4. Alec Baldwin As Parker
Despite the fact the character only appeared in two episodes during the eighth season, Phoebe's short-lived boyfriend Parker, brilliantly played by Alec Baldwin, brought a whole new meaning to the word "excitable." Parker would make the biggest deal about everything, from the trees to the bridge they crossed to the room they entered. One of the most memorable moments of Parker's short time on the show was when he decided to take a mental picture of the moment, in which he obnoxiously says, "Click!" He made the biggest deal about the party they were headed to because it was to take place on an island called Massapequa, which sounded like "a magical place." There was no surprise when Phoebe broke up with Parker at the end of the episode, seeing how annoying his overly excited presence was. However, it did make unbelievable comedy.
