Another fan favourite, and one who Vince Gilligan has continued writing through Better Call Saul, that alone is reason enough to suggest we'll see Huell in the movie, but there is a good story reason too.

Prior to being taken to the safehouse that would condemn him to being a meme, Huell was actually searching for Jesse, and their history goes back even further too, as Huell was the one who lifted the cigarettes from Jesse that would eventually almost kill Brock.

The pair have some unfinished business, then, and with Jesse free - and quite possibly intent on building a new relationship with Brock - then tying off this thread could be a way of closing that chapter of his life for good and moving on.
