A few years back vampires went from being cool, undead, blood sucking creatures to lame teenagers with feelings thanks to the likes of Twilight and The Vampire Diaries, luckily we have Marceline to restore the balance and prove that vampires can still be awesome.

Undoubtedly the coolest character in the series, Marceline is a fearless daredevil with a penchant for playing pranks on people. She also has a grunge inspired wardrobe and can regularly be seen wielding a bass guitar. Add to this her abilities to levitate, turn invisible, shape shift into an array of creatures like bats and wolves, light fires with her mind and shoot green lasers when she's wearing the Nightosphere amulet and it's safe to say that Marceline is one bad ass character.
