The One With The Cameos.
While Friends may be one of the most legendary sitcoms of all time, the show didn't reach said status with just the classic, core cast of five. Between ten seasons and across 236 episodes, countless different celebrities popped up for the tried-and-true "one-off appearance", very often as dates or temporary love interests.
The formula worked perfectly; get a famous actor or actress on board to fill the role, write up an episode of scenarios revolving around or somehow relating to this new, temporary character, and then simply shuffle them out of the picture.
Friends acquired plenty of recognition from this kind of process, but there has been a LOT of these one-off appearances. So, how well do you remember the cameo episodes of Friends, and more importantly, the names of their characters?
