14. Deadpool Is Getting A Shakespeare Comic

Comic-Con announcements don't get much weirder than this: it was revealed that Deadpool #21, due for release in October, will feature a 60-page companion issue which sees the Merc with a Mouth heading to Shakespearean times, where he'll try out iambic pentameter (against his own will, hilariously) and interact with a number of The Bard's iconic creations.

This has the potential to be an outrageously entertaining comic, and from the small slivers of artwork shown off at SDCC, it looks like it'll be a gloriously demented mash-up of two pop-culture staples that couldn't seem further apart (even though they actually have a good amount in common). October can't come soon enough.
