Daredevil: 10 Marvel Heroes That Must Be Adapted For TV Next

Marvel's future on the small screen could be bigger than you think.

With eleven movies, three hit TV shows, and seven billion dollars in the bank, the Marvel juggernaut already makes the Hulk seem puny, and it shows no sign of tiring. There are a further nine movies and three TV series already in the pipeline €” Ant-Man and AKA Jessica Jones are due out this year alone €” and the studio's most recent releases for film and TV, Avengers: Age of Ultron and Daredevil, are performing up there with almost anything else on the screen. That being said, DC's Gotham is currently outperforming both Agent Carter and Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. in the ratings, schlocky and uneven though it may be, and The Flash and Arrow are keeping pace, if not quite overtaking their Marvel brethren. Yet. Now that Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice is hoving into view and Suicide Squad is beginning to pull itself together €” any publicity is good publicity, as they say €” the House of Mouse certainly can't afford to get complacent with its superhero branch. Still, it's not as if Stan Lee's monopoly is lacking in properties, and now that the Netflix model has made it easier than ever to find an international audience, here are 10 that might help tip the televisual balance squarely back in Marvel's favour.
