Doctor Who: 11 Things We'll Miss About The Eleventh Doctor

11. The 360 Degree Spin

Eleven Spin Copy Probably the smallest of his quirks, but the Doctor's 360 degree spin is a subtle nuance of his that we love to see, even if we don't realize it. From getting a good look at his new surroundings when meeting Amy Pond in The Eleventh Hour to his excited spin from hearing the Daleks question his identity in Asylum of the Daleks, the Doctor's spin may not be important when it comes to the story, but it is one of his special ticks that makes him so endearing. One of my favorite spin moments is in The Vampires of Venice when he repeatedly spins to face the creepy women and a mirror, realizing that they are vampires because their reflections aren't appearing in the mirror. It's not just out of excitement or get himself situated with his surroundings. The spin also made for some cool dance moves (or so the Doctor thought). Watch him shred the dance floor at Amy and Rory's wedding. You'll see what I mean.
