Doctor Who: 10 Episodes Perfect For A Film Remake

12doctor who war games Sometimes, a Doctor Who episode completely blows you away. The script is polished. The actors are on top of their game. The director is a master. The special effects are stunning. Everything is perfect. But there are some episodes that need another day in the sun, a better budget to elevate them, make them not just great episodes but brilliant films. Not to mention, the upcoming 50th is certainly lacking in references to the Classic Series. A remake or re-airing of some beloved classic episodes would get new eyeballs onto the show and encourage more fans to delve back into the history of Doctor Who. Not to mention, new adaptations of serials with missing episodes would fill in those much-maligned gaps when the originals cannot be found. Imagine if they€™d had more than forty-five minutes and sixty-four bucks to spend on a story. Imagine if instead of the secondary characters being Cardiff onlookers, they could dip into a much richer and more talented pool of actors. Imagine if the directors weren€™t the same rotating roster of men who all cut their teeth at the BBC. Well you don€™t have to imagine, I already have.
