9. The Modern Man
Peter Capaldi may not be as young as Matt 'King of the Hipsters' Smith, so when I say modern I don't mean too modern. I doubt that he'll end up wearing a sleeveless t-shirt with a triangle and picture of space on it, a light cardigan and some 3/4 lengths. However, we've been promised a darker Doctor personality-wise this time round. Maybe we'll see Mr Capaldi take on something more simple and modern like Eccleston's Doctor, or perhaps just a plain suit like Tennant's - something you could wear out in today's world and not be stared at for. After all, time after time and in role after role we've seen that Capaldi can definitely pull off a suit.
